BD93 Passive Inward Opening Window Series

　　1. The BD93 passive near-zero energy window meets all domestic performance requirements for passive building windows, with a K-value performance of 0.8-1.1 W/(m²·K).

　　2. Glass configuration: 5 Low-E + 16Ar + 5 Low-E + 16Ar + 5 mm warm edge.

　　3. Based on the siphon principle, the sealing strip creates an independent isobaric chamber within the window frame, preventing wind seepage into the room. When the indoor and outdoor wind pressures are equal, rainwater within the isobaric chamber is smoothly discharged outdoors under natural gravity, achieving perfect waterproofing.

　　4. Developed 54mm multi-cavity PA66GF25 thermal insulation strip, 1.2mm thick, 48% thinner than traditional thermal insulation strips, more effectively blocking heat conduction. The three-layer sealing structure reduces rainwater entry into the cavity through the gap between the frame and sash, thus improving the overall water tightness and air tightness of the window.

　　5. Thermal insulation cotton and glass padding are used in the middle of the thermal break strip and around the glass perimeter, effectively preventing heat convection and radiation, thus improving the overall window insulation performance.

　　6. The middle sealing strip uses a co-extruded soft and hard foam strip with a 13.5° slope design. Utilizing EPDM and co-extruded soft and hard foam strips, the triple-seal structure effectively reduces heat loss caused by air convection.

　　7. Corner brackets with integrated guide channels and a special adhesive guiding design ensure that the two-component adhesive effectively reaches the inner corners. This results in high strength, durability, 30-micron precision, a naturally flat surface, and significantly improved overall efficiency.
