In order to verify the scientific and effective nature of the "Special Emergency Plan for Fire Accidents", improve the self rescue ability and fire prevention awareness of all employees in the event of sudden fire accidents, and minimize the damage caused by fires; Loss, improve the overall emergency response capability and skills of the company. Famine conducted a fire drill for all staff.
Expose the deficiencies of emergency plans through exercises and discover the shortage of emergency resources (including manpower and equipment, etc.).
Practice process:
Scenario 1: The workshop director of the thermal insulation workshop was the first to notice a fire in the flammable materials inside the workshop. The workshop was filled with smoke and shouted loudly, "It's not good, it's not good, it's on fire!" He ran and shouted, and immediately called the safety management personnel to report the fire situation.

Scenario 2: The safety management personnel immediately use their mobile phones to explain the fire situation to the emergency rescue commander.

Scenario 3: The commander-in-chief dials the fire alarm hotline to report: 119, 110, 120

Scenario 4: Commander in Chief: Notify all emergency rescue teams on their mobile phones to rush to the command location at the entrance of Workshop 3 and arrange on-site tasks. (After each group is in place, they will be called upon to report)
(1) Alert liaison group: responsible for on-site isolation and alert; Evacuate on-site workers; Go to the door to pick up the rescue vehicle. (2) Emergency rescue team: responsible for organizing fire extinguishing at the scene of the accident by carrying fire-fighting facilities; Responsible for rescuing the wounded.
5: The alert liaison team quickly used warning tape to enclose the accident scene and the rescue area separately, and strengthened the alert at the scene to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and leaving, ensuring smooth road access and prohibiting unrelated personnel from passing.

Scenario 6: The emergency rescue team enters the workshop to put out the fire. Three people carry fire extinguishers and use them to extinguish the fire.

Scenario 7: The alert liaison team divided into two groups for rescue and evacuation. Four people entered the workshop to rescue the injured, while others evacuated workers from the work area. They led the on-site evacuees to bow and walk low, covering their noses with damp towels and jogging towards the safe area in an orderly manner. The person in charge of the evacuation in front of them kept running while reminding the workers to pay attention to safety and evacuation order. Each participant in the evacuation remained calm and composed in the face of emergencies, and the evacuation work was well-organized, truly achieving fearlessness in the face of danger.
There are two people responsible for guarding each entrance, and the main task of guarding is to organize workers not to crowd. Evacuated personnel should arrive at the designated safe area in an orderly manner. Assign one person to be responsible for counting the number of people in the pre arranged formation.

Scenario 8: Rescue personnel began to investigate the scene of the fire and found an injured person, who was rescued. The emergency rescue team carried a stretcher and, with the assistance of the alert and liaison team, rescued a person who had been "smoked unconscious" by smoke. They transferred the person to a temporary emergency medical point with good ventilation conditions selected by the emergency rescue team in advance. The medical rescue team conducted on-site rescue for the person until the hospital ambulance arrived. At this point, the fire was effectively controlled (extinguished), and the alert liaison team entered the accident site for search and rescue. The on-site firefighting personnel began to evacuate, and the alert liaison team provided guidance and vigilance. The firefighting personnel evacuated to a safe area.

Scenario 9: The security liaison team runs all the way to guide rescue vehicles into the designated location, assist the emergency rescue team in lifting the injured onto the rescue vehicle, and quickly transport them to the hospital.

Scenario 10: The security liaison team enters the scene again for search and rescue. (Walk around the accident workshop, quickly rush back, and report that there are no more personnel at the scene of the accident.) To ensure that the fire is completely under control and there are no workers on site, the emergency rescue team conducted another investigation of the scene.
Scenario 11: Each group reports the situation to the headquarters.
1. Emergency rescue team, report to the overall commander that all on-site personnel have been evacuated to a safe area; A wounded person was found on site, and after initial treatment, he has been sent to the hospital;
2. Alert contact group, report to the overall commander that the accident scene has been cordoned off and isolated; The fire on site has been extinguished and flammable materials have been cleared; All on-site personnel have been evacuated to a safe area. 3. Medical rescue team, report to the overall commander that the injured have made examination records and assisted medical rescue personnel in transporting the injured to the ambulance.
Each emergency team shall report on the on-site situation.

Scenario 12: Commander in Chief:
1. Considering that the injured trapped on the scene have safely escaped;
2、 Effective control of fire hazards;
3、 The workers have been evacuated to a safe place;
4、 I announce the closure of our company's' Special Emergency Plan for Fire Accidents' and the end of emergency rescue operations.
This fire, due to the timely and effective activation of the project emergency plan, was able to evacuate personnel and control the initial fire within a few minutes after the fire occurred, thereby reducing casualties and greater property losses in the fire accident. This drill ends here, thank you everyone!

After the drill, Commander Chen enthusiastically conducted a special training on fire safety, providing detailed explanations of fire safety knowledge, hidden danger investigation, and emergency response points. Build a strong safety defense line with professionalism, safeguard the safety of all staff with responsibility, keep in mind fire safety knowledge, tighten the safety string, take preventive measures, and walk safely together.

Through this fire drill, we hope to make all employees more aware and clear about the rescue procedures of the emergency rescue plan, and ensure the orderly implementation of the emergency plan in response to emergencies.
Through training on fire safety knowledge, we will popularize science on fire prevention, equipment use, and evacuation and self rescue one by one. Strengthen the fire safety awareness of all staff, implement safety management responsibilities, learn to avoid risks, and adhere to ensuring safety.
The alarm bell of Famine keeps ringing, and the fire department remains vigilant!
